We have a busy week down at North End Pub Pinball! Tonight from 7-8:30 PM we will have a 60-minute flipper frenzy out in the bowling alley area! All ages are welcome to come and play. There is no cost, and you should get in several games over the course of the tournament.
Tomorrow night is the last Free Play night of the month so all the machines will be on Free Play, be sure to get your selfie scores in on Hardbody, Star Wars, and Royal Rumble because the finals are next Monday!
Thursday throw on your favorite Christmas Sweater, it can be awesome, funny, ugly, it simply doesn’t matter! Grab a partner and come play in the Split-Flipper Tourney. If you don’t have a partner that is fine too, just get down there and we will pair you up with someone!
This Sunday is the last 4-Strikes event of the year at North End Pub, Tournament will start at 1 PM.
I hope to see all your smiling holiday loving faces all week long!
It’s the best day of the week! Free Pinball and AEW Dynamite on TNT down at North End Pub! Be sure to check out Metallica as we just uploaded a special Christmas Edition of the code last night so you can rock out to your favorite Christmas Jams while still sending Sparky to the electric chair!
We are going to leave Metallica on coin drop and we will be donating all the quarters for the rest of the month to the Almost Home Humane Society in Lafayette, we can’t forget about taking care of those puppies in need during the holidays!
Don’t forget to enter selfie scores on Hardbody, WWF Royal Rumble, and Star Wars!
Lastly, if you notice anything wrong with a machine please let me know as we are prepping for The 2nd Annual Indiana Matchplay State Championships this Sunday!
It’s that free tourney time at Market Square Lanes and open to all ages! A short timed event, get there around 7 and we will be done by 8:30, flipper frenzy format woohoo!
Also, you can submit scores on WWF Royal Rumble and Star Wars for the December Selfie Tournament!
Here are the current Standings.
Here are the standings after the first 3 days of the month, and remember this month we are cutting the tourney a bit short due to the holiday season. Get your scores in by Dec. 22nd!
Keep Baby Yoda happy this Christmas by getting your scores in early!
Here are some tutorials and gameplay videos to help you out on the three machines this month Star Wars, WWF Royal Rumble, and Hardbody!
This is our exact Royal Rumble machine being demonstrated by the former owner!
Just a little reminder that from 7-8:30 tonight we will have a tournament over in the Market Square Lanes area for all ages. Anyone can come, just going to play flipper frenzy and have some fun.
Also even though we don’t have anything specific organized for Thursday it is a great time to come on down and do some PinQuests and win a pizza or a title shot at the North End Pub Championship!
Here are the final standings from the selfie tournament for November. The finals will be tonight at 6 PM. It can only have 4 players this month in finals.
The December Selfie Tournament will feature Star Wars, WWF Royal Rumble, and Hardbody! The tournament is a short one with the finals taking place on Monday, December 23rd, so only 3 weeks to get those scores posted.
Also, all December we will have Too Sweet Tuesdays, free tournaments for all ages out in the bowling alley area. They are just timed events from 7:00-8:30 PM, anyone can come and play, we will use the flipper frenzy format.
December 8th we will be having a charity tournament for Nate Fest, the finals will be played on Dolly Parton and this even will also be using the Flipper Frenzy format. We will be raising money for book donations for children.
December 15th we will be hosting the 2nd Annual Indiana Matchplay State Championship, 40 players will battle for the championship belt currently held by Andy Dill! The event has been sold out for weeks and we are looking very forward to everyone coming out to play!
December 19th we will be bringing back the Split Flipper Challenge from November but this time with a bit of Holiday Spirit! Throw on your favorite Christmas Sweater and come compete for the special prize!
December 22nd we will have our regular monthly 4 strikes tournament, but we will be moving the start time up to 1 PM.
Thanks again to everyone who came out and played yesterday and enjoyed Friendsgiving with us! Congrats to Indiana Matchplay State Champion Andy Dill on securing the win in our monthly 4-strikes tournament. As the month wraps up be sure to enter some selfie scores on Dolly Parton, Power Play, and The Flintstones!
December will be a slower month for us as far as tournaments go but that doesn’t mean we aren’t going to have some fun events. The Selfie Tournament for December will include Star Wars in celebration with the release of the Rise of Skywalker, our new to us WWF Royal Rumble pinball machine that just got picked up yesterday and is in amazing condition, and lastly, the greatest fitness-themed pinball machine Hardbody which will be getting installed this week! It will serve as a good reminder to everyone to pass on a few of those holiday cookies and cakes over the coming weeks if nothing else ;-).
And then don’t forget come January we will see the return of our favorite time of the year… TEAM PINBALL LEAGUE IS BACK BABY!!!!! Will the Region Rats defend? Can Brett & Austin lead Doom Room to their first championship? Will Sam return from her time off to become the comeback story of the year? Will Keith yell and curse at the machines? Only time will answer some of these questions but the bottom line is we all know fun will be had on Thursday nights!!!!
Last but not least don’t forget the Pinquest Challenges! Win a pizza or a shot at the NEP Pinball Title! Tommy is still the current champion after barely retaining his title last week over Brett who completed the Pinquest to earn his title shot. Brett took an early 2-1 lead, but suffered a narrow defeat on Star Wars to bring the best of 5 series to a 2-2 deadlock before succumbing to his inevitable defeat at the hands of Metallica! Come take your shot at the champion and be ready to be the next who has to defend the belt!
