You only have two more days to put up scores at Main Street Amusements for the October Selfie Tournament. The standings are below, finals will be held next Wednesday, November 7th at 7:30 PM for the top 4 players.
November’s Selfie Tournament will start on Thursday at Main Street Amusements. The games featured for November are polar opposites in Jersey Jack Pinball’s Pirates of the Caribbean and Spanish Eyes. Look for the flyer on the games at MSA, score submission is a piece of cake.
You only have two days left to improve your scores for October’s Selfie Tournament at North End Pub! The top 8 players get invited to play in finals this Sunday! Remember tomorrow night is Halloween and FREE PLAY WEDNESDAY so a great time to get in some last minutes scores. Here are the standings.
John Dozier will not be able to attend finals so right now up to qualifier 9 will be invited to play in finals.
With that being said we are also only days away from starting November’s tournament which will take place on Congo and Fish Tales! Starting Thursday all the way through the end of the November play either game to be entered into the tournament. Our two longest lasting games at the bar should lead to quite the competition. An addition to this month’s tournament we will be saving the money up earned by those two machines that month and using it as the prize pool for the finalist!
Get down to Main Street Amusements tomorrow night at 7:30 for our new 4-Strikes Weekly Tournament! $1 entry fee per player for the IFPA registration cost and a few bucks in tokens should have you covered for the evening. Hope to see lots of people there! Anyone can come and play, lots of fun!
Here are your updates for this Month’s Selfie Tournaments at both North End Pub and Main Street Amusements. Qualifying for both tournaments ends Wednesday night (Halloween). At Main Street Amusements play Deadpool and Evel Knevil and at North End Pub it’s Metallica and Old Chicago.

Congrats to Danielle Alexander on winning Lafayette’s first ever Women’s Tournament! The ladies battled it out in a 4-strikes, only 1 strike per group format and everyone was pushed to the limit, Kerri Donohue finished in 2nd, Carla Graves in 3rd, and Peggy Coghill in 4th.
Tommy Skinner outlasted John Hawxby in a tiebreaker on Metallica to win the Matchplay Challenge, while Ryan Donohue took down Luke Sheahan in a tiebreaker for 3rd place.
The Charity Challenge games took place on Iron Maiden, Indianapolis 500, and Prospector due to Royal Rumble going down with a switch issue. Eric Fear, Ryan Donohue, and Tommy Skinner battled it out across the separate games.
With the small turnout for those lasting the entire day we have decided to let the charity challenge games collect coin drop for another couple of days and then we will get a total posted with donations being made to local charity Henry House, WWE Connor’s Cure charity for childhood cancer, and Path of Play an Autism based charity.

Starting next Tuesday, October 30th, 2018 Main Street Amusements will begin hosting a Weekly 4 strikes tournament! Players will be placed into groups of 4 and assigned to a game with the 3rd and 4th place finishers getting a strike. In 3 player groups, the 2nd and 3rd player will still get a strike. You play until you have received 4 strikes, the last player standing is the champion. There will be a $1 IFPA fee that can be paid in pennies, dimes, quarters, tokens, or singles, but no nickels! Just somehow bring a dollar. Hope to see everyone there!
Hey everyone! Don’t forget tonight is FREE PLAY WEDNESDAY at North End Pub! All the free pinball you can handle! Don’t forget we currently have the Seflie Tournament running on Metallica and Old Chicago! Play those games while they are free tonight and submit your scores. Only 1 week left to get your scores in and the top 8 players get invited to play in the finals!
Also, an important reminder that we have a bunch of tournaments on Sunday. From 1PM – 4PM we have a women’s tournament, our very first to coincide with WWE Evolution, the first ever all women’s pay-per-view. Following the women’s tournament from 5PM-7PM, we will have an open matchplay tournament! Then from 8PM-11PM, we will be running high score challenges on 3 different machines, WWF Royal Rumble, Indianapolis 500, and Iron Maiden. All coin drop from those 3 machines will be donated to charity on the day. Additionally, you can play Metallica and Old Chicago to get scores in for the Selfie Tournament at any point that day.
All of the tournament winners from the day will get your name emblazoned upon the pinball champions plague at North End Pub!

Keith claimed the victory last night in our season finals tournament outlasting Matt in a tight game of Deadpool that Keith ran away with on ball 3. Thanks to everyone who participated this season.
Remember that we kick off our new style 4 strike weekly tournament next Tuesday. There will be a $1 entry fee each week that covers the IFPA fee. We will play in 4 player groups just like we did this week and last person standing will be the winner!

It is that time of the year again! League finals are tonight! 7:30 at Main Street Amusements! We are going to mix things up this season and make finals a 4 strike tournament that is seeded based on the season standings. This should actually shorten the night up form what finals usually takes, increase its value, and get everyone some more pinball time. See everyone there!
