Mark your calendars, Sunday, April 7th! The showcase of the immortals is taking place at North End Pub! This once a year event will coincide with WWE Wrestlemania. I’m putting the Indiana Matchplay Championship on the line! Taking place from 1 PM – 5 PM, battle against the greatest players from around the state in a group matchplay format tournament. At the end of 4 hours, the person with the greatest point total will be lay claim to the Indiana Matchplay Championship! If any players are tied they will face off in a one-game tie-breaker on a random machine.

Following the conclusion of the tournament get ready to watch “The Premier Sporting Event of the Year!”, Wrestlemania 35! Will it be Kofi-Mania? Will Daniel Bryan save the Earth and all of us with it? Can The Man be held down by the Rowdy one and The Queen? Will Drax, aka Dave Bautista, vanquish HHH from Wrestlemania once and for all? Roman Reigns beat cancer, but can he beat a giant Scotsman with a Claymore in Drew McIntyre? Will Seth Rollins finally burn down Brock Lesnar?! All these questions and many more will be answered that night. Oh, and did I almost forget to mention it’s a pot luck dinner celebration?! Bring a dish to share with everyone as we wine and dine as only Nature Boy would do on this special night! As always food and drinks available at the bar all day long!

The regular season has ended for Team League and next week all teams will play in a battle for finishing placement. The full stats for the season are below.

The Championship Match next week will be #1 seed Pindemonium Zwei! vs. #2 seed Region Rats, winners will have their names permanently etched into THE CUP!

#3 seed RIP Tommy B. will battle #4 seed, and former champions, Super Jackpots.

#5 seed Doom Room will face #6 seed Pull and Pray (ironic name based on recent announcements), to not place last in the league!

This will also be the last day of the month so get in those Selfie Tournament scores on The Shadow and Monster Bash as well!

I want to personally thank everyone who has come out and participated this season. It has been a ton of fun seeing everyone compete and still have a good time on Thursdays. Although next week will be the final week of team league, we will be starting up our next individual season on March 7th. Anyone is welcome to play in that as well.

Lastly, just a small reminder that this Sunday at 4 PM we have our monthly 4-Strikes Tournament! Just a $1 entry fee + coin drop to play in the tournament. Everyone is welcome to come and play.

The title says it all, but tonight is Team League down at North End Pub, approximate 8:15 start time and every team will have two matches tonight. At the end of the night, we will know who is playing for The Cup next week!

Sunday @ 4PM North End Pub will host their monthly 4-strikes tournament. $1 entry fee + coin drop on the machines. The Indiana Matchplay Championship Belt will be on the line with the winner taking it home. Hope to see lots of smiling faces at the tournament.

Lastly, we will be starting up our next individual league on March 7th. The league will play on Thursday nights at 8:30 PM. The league will last for 8 weeks and the finals tournament will have multiple divisions to crown champions in. Additionally, North End Pub has joined up with locations from around the state in Ft. Wayne, Evansville, Schererville, Attica, and Shelbyville to form the Hoosier Open Pinball Super-League … aka H.O.P.S. Each location hosts events on their own specific dates over the 8 week season and at the conclusion each location will send their top finisher(s) to compete in a major finals event. This is the inaugural season and we hope to learn and expand as we continue to move forward with the Super League concept.

That means it is the perfect time to enter scores for the February Selfie Tournament! Take a picture of your score on The Shadow & Monster Bash and submit them to the tournament to have a shot at making the finals!
